Endorsed and approved by all Department of Transportation operating administrations, Selah Solutions, LLC is a qualified DOT evaluator to guide persons who have violated Code 49 part 40 through the return-to-duty process for safety-sensitive positions.

Safety is the number one priority of the DOT. The purpose of 49 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) part 40 is to discourage and prevent drug use in the workplace.
The fundamental role of the SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) is to provide a clinical evaluation and determine what level of care the employee needs to resolve issues associated with their substance use.
The Goals of Selah Solutions, LLC

Provide a face-to-face clinical evaluation.

Offer next steps for treatment and/or education.

Suggest financially conducive referrals.

Partners with Designated Employer Representatives to communicate progress and promptly assist in the return-to-duty process.
Acts as a “gatekeeper” in the return-to-duty process by providing a service to the employer, employee, and traveling public.
Evaluate employees who violated the DOT drug and alcohol regulations.

Makes recommendations concerning education, treatment, follow-up testing, and aftercare.
SAPs represent an employer's major decision point when choosing to return the employee to a safety-sensitive position.
